Sin duda la seleccion Mexicana tenia una tarea muy dificil este dia ante Camerun.  A lo mejor no porque los Africanos serian muy dificiles de ganar, pero porque esta seleccion tiene muchas espectativas de diferentes ramos, como la aficion y la prensa.  Esa presion es basada en que la seleccion Mexicana tiene en sus jugadores mucha experiencia de primera division.  Este dia la seleccion Mexicana le demostro a los Mexicanos que es muy diferente a las otras selecciones por el simple hecho de haber ganado en penales, algo que a las selecciones Mexicanas les pesa.  El juego estubo muy disputado por ambos bandos, Camerun tubo unas cuantas de gol, pero hasta el segundo tiempo fue cuando se habrio el marcador por los Camerunenses, Mexico por parte de Orrantia empato que pudo cerrar una pase largo.  Y en los penales, los Camerunenses fallaron los primeros tres penales, y Mexico a base de Torres, Davila y Pinon pudieron ganar 3-0 y pasar a ala siguiente fase contra el de casa Colombia.

This Mexican national team has surprised many, specially since they were able to defeat a team by penalty kicks.  Mexico has always been weak at that type of decisive stage because many other previous Mexican teams have lost big games in penalty kicks.  But today was a different story, Mexico was able to overcome Cameroon by 3-0.  Cameroon played a good game, but so did Mexico.  The game was very open and for anyone to grab, Cameroon struck first on the second half and Orrantia tied the game for Mexico minutes later.  Then they went to the penalty kick phase were Mexico was able to score the first three goals, while Cameroon missed all three.  The scorers for Mexico were Torres, Davila and Pinon.  Now Mexico moves on to the next challenge, and it will be a great one because they are playing the host, Colombia.
